THE PROGRESSIVE INQUISITION
A MESSAGE FROM OUR FOUNDER AND CEO -
It may shock and surprise the progressive movement but they have become the greatest threat to democracy. Indeed, the ultimate goals of the progressive movement can only be achieved by undemocratic, authoritarian means. The very ideals of progressive socialism are not founded on the principles of democracy but through forced equality and security. The heart of progressive politics is to set things as they see it "right" by any means possible, including the barrel of a gun.
The assault is being led by a president who has left democratic values behind to achieve his political goals. His exercise of unilateral authority is done with "executive" power. The targets are our most basic freedoms; free speech, free press, the right to bear arms, the right to privacy, and the right to not self-incriminate. The assault on the First, Second, Fourth and Fifth Amendments has been done by the wave of a hand and stroke of a pen.
The examples of this attack are strewn all around the American landscape like the dead littering a battlefield: The Crypto-war against math and privacy. The war to destroy the free press where journalists are prosecuted and imprisoned. The persecution of political opponents through the use of agencies intended to safeguard the environment, raise taxes and regulate commerce. Even the twisting of the Courts into secret "Star Chamber" tribunals held behind closed doors, gagging the lawyers and the defendants.
These acts that destroy the very fabric of our free nation are done in the name of fairness and security. Yet, as we have observed, this pathway can only be accomplished by force. The attacks on individuals, companies and groups are excused as necessary. The freedoms they crush, individualism, privacy, security, ownership and knowledge, are mere casualties along the way toward a better world.
As we have witnessed, while a fanatical few do misdeeds that grab headlines, another limited group quietly moves to grab ultimate power. This group is led by the president, so blaming the Director of the FBI, or the Secretary of whatever agency is nothing but deflecting from the primary leader who has usurped his office.
The president has taken control of powers given to our democratically elected legislature and ignored rulings issued by the highest of courts. The president gave his authorization to prosecute using the "All Writs" act, giving the FBI a “carte blanche” to prosecute anyone for virtually any reason. This singular move is a pure example of achieving the ends though whatever means necessary.
“The principle that the end justifies the means is in individualist ethics regarded as the denial of all morals. In collectivist ethics it becomes necessarily the supreme rule," wrote Fredrick Hayek, in his book on socialism "The Road to Serfdom".
“Emergencies have always been the pretext on which the safeguards of individual liberty have eroded," noted Hayek.
“When security is understood in too absolute a sense the general striving for it, far from increasing the chances of freedom, becomes the gravest threat to it.”
In that light, the endless emergency of the "War on Terror" has been used for over a decade as a bludgeon to beat the American people into the ground. The ceaseless propaganda filling the air waves is echoed over again by the progressive media who claim we can save the nation if we only surrender our freedoms: "We must be monitored... If you utter certain phrases you must be punished... There can be no safe place for private thoughts... Everyone must be searched... Only those who object have something to hide..."
The state of emergency has led to persecution of intellectuals, minorities, and individuals. It has led to a frenzied call to prosecute those who study math, law, languages, history, science, economics and religion. It has even led to officials who openly call for an end to free speech, freedom of movement and for the banning of books.
The progressives want to control not just the means of production but every citizen within reach. The control is enforced by endless regulations wherein you are in violation of one while trying to conform to another. The control seeks to eliminate privacy in all forms, tracking, probing, and monitoring in ways that even George Orwell could not imagine. The control seeks to take away any power to express oneself, deny any device intended to empower and destroy any device intended to protect. The control is designed to strip you down into a naked subservient slave, wholly dependent on the "State" for all essentials; food, water, health, housing, employ, information, and security.
The very pinnacle of the progressive movement is a president who perceives himself as the ultimate chess master, the smartest man in the room and the centralized power broker. He and he alone is empowered with the skill and knowledge to move each piece, taking this one, sacrificing that one.
Unfortunately, the chess pieces are the people, the citizens of this great land. They may not wish to be taken or sacrificed. The centralized authority sought by social progressives is also the same kind of central leadership which trod upon people as ants and fills its ranks with corruption.
There is hope, a rebel alliance of sorts if you wish. We are armed with knowledge and have within our grasp a vast array of high tech tools to defeat the progressives before it’s too late. We provide the tools to protect privacy and freedom. We are dedicated individuals who array ourselves against the forces of authoritarianism not by words but by deeds.

We tear open the walls of injustice by publishing leaks and kick down the closed doors of government to give the people a view on the corruption, collusion and nepotism that runs rampant.
In order to set the world "right" progressives require the force of the state to seize property, silence opponents and imprison individuals. The "equal and safe" world which was promised by progressive politics is exactly the opposite of what the followers perceive; one of a dark and silenced prison. It is time to throw open the closed doors and let the light of freedom inside.
