120,000 square feet of manufacturing space and 60,000 square feet of office and cafeteria space. The company plans to add a 30,600 square foot flight operations building in 1999 and a 18,750 square foot paint building in 2000. The construction plan also includes 255,000 square feet of asphalt for aircraft parking, fueling, engine run-up and pre-flight. The factory building will be constructed of brick with upper steel structure. The plant will provide direct access to Runway 35.
Our state recently lost a great friend with the death of K.S. Wu. Mr. Wu was a trusted advisor to Senator Rockefeller and me. He was instrumental in helping Senator Rockefeller develop the Swearingen aircraft project. He was also extremely helpful in expanding our relationships with China and Japan. We extend to his family our deepest respect and sympathy. His death is a deep loss to West Virginia.

Richard Li is Chairman and Chief Executive of the Pacific Century Group. He established the Group in October 1993 with proceeds from the sale of STAR TV, the first pan-Asian satellite television network, operating in more than 50 countries, to News Corp. The sale was completed in 1995. As the sale the valuation of the enterprise was US$950.5 million. The total original investment in STAR TV was US$125 million.
