HUA DI - AGENT OF THE PRC

Hua Di was a self-described "defector" who also supported the modernization of the Chinese military. Hua served as a missile scientist and designer for the Peoples Liberation Army from the 1960s through the late 1980s. Hua defected to America and worked at Stanford University as a specialist on Chinese military operations.
